    Having worked at Lakme Lever for 6 years, being a Salon Manager for 4 of those years, when I got to know that I cleared the internal assessments to move to the next level as Tr. Area Business Executive (Tr. ABE), I was thrilled! I began to think - how will I manage on a larger platform. I approached my mentor (Line Manager) and he advised me. Today after taking up this position, I feel that there are many things to learn and many things to be taught to my team so that we can do wonders. Thank you Lakme for giving me this opportunity.

    My professional journey at Lakme has been truly remarkable. I began as a Senior Stylist in 2018 and through hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Designer in 2021. I have always strived to learn and grow, constantly seeking new challenges to push myself further. In October, I was honored to be promoted to PTFT (Part Time Field Trainer), a testament to my growth and development within the company. Working on the floor and as a trainer has provided me with invaluable knowledge and skills, both in my own learning and in teaching others. It is truly fulfilling to be able to mentor and train aspiring hairdressers. I am grateful to Lakme for this incredible opportunity.

    Hi My Name is Sangita, today I proudly introduce myself as Lakme Beauty Therapist but this was not always the same story.In 2010 I joined Lakme as a Housekeeping Staff. I wiped the floor for 2 years while admiring other in the store working out their passion. The real story began in 2012, When I was shown belief in myself by my Management & Team Members that I was made to do better. I was tempted to the Job beautician/pedicurist and Stylists doing. I also wanted to change my life. On my Salon Managers suggestion I started observing everything on floor, then I took a formal training with the Help of my near & dear ones and started as a pedicurist and Today I am a multitasking Resource to my brand. I truly truly feel blessed to have such a supportive team around, who not only changed my life but my fortune too. My heartiest GRATITUDE to the entire Lakme Team.
