Terms And Conditions Of ‘Lakmē For Life’ Membership Scheme (The “Scheme”)

The Scheme is run by Lakmē Lever Private Limited (“LLPL”) for its company owned Lakmē Salons and its participating franchisee partner Lakmē Salons.

The Scheme enables the Customers to pay amounts in any of the stipulated slabs and redeem the same by purchasing services (subject to exclusions mentioned below) at company owned Lakmē Salons and its participating franchisee partner Lakmē Salons within stipulated period.

The Customer agrees that by purchasing the scheme, the Customer is deemed to have understood and to have accepted these Terms And Conditions.

1.  Duration:

  •    The Scheme is valid till it is withdrawn. LLPL reserves the rights to change/ modify the terms And Conditions of this Scheme, partially or in full or to withdraw the Scheme In totality or any portions of it at any point of time, without any prior notice.

2. Purchase Of The Scheme:

  •    The purchase of the Scheme can be made at any of the participating Lakmē Salons Pan India, except the ones situated at CCI Club, Mumbai .
  •    The slabs of the Scheme can be changed by LLPL from time to time.
  •    Following are the slabs for purchase of benefits of the Scheme. All slabs of membership below are available for purchase till withdrawal of the Scheme.

      A.    Pay Rs. 5,000 (exclusive of taxes) And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 6,000 (inclusive Of
              taxes)
      B.    Pay Rs. 10,000 (exclusive of taxes) And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 12,000 (inclusive of
               taxes)
      C.    Pay Rs. 25,000 (exclusive of taxes) And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 32,000 (inclusive of
               taxes)
      D.    Pay Rs. 50,000 (exclusive of taxes) And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 70,000 (inclusive of
               taxes)
      E.    Pay Rs.1,00,000(exclusive of taxes) And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 1,25,000 (inclusive of
              taxes) 

  •   Payments for the selected slab will have to be made in single instalment in full. Part payments cannot be made. Payments cannot be made by way of  redemption of Loyalty points, Gift Cards, Coupons Etc.
  •   One customer cannot purchase more than one Scheme membership.
  •   For cash Payments above Rs. 50,000/- , furnishing a copy of PAN card Of The customer and other required KYC is mandatory as per Government Rules. LLPL And its participating Franchisees/ partners reserve rights to reject any customer wanting to purchase the Scheme who does not comply with this requirement.

3. Redemption Of Benefits:

  •  The benefits available under the Scheme are – Availing any of the beauty services at company owned Lakmē Salons and its participating franchisee partner Lakmē Salons (The “Benefits”).
  •  No GST is levied at the time of purchase of the Scheme as the mode, time and location of redemption cannot be ascertained at the time of purchase of Scheme. GST shall be levied on the service value at the time of each Redemption. The amount of Benefits mentioned above is inclusive Of The Applicable GST.
  •  A valid computer-generated invoice from the participating Lakmē Salons evidencing purchase of the Scheme is necessary to redeem the Scheme Benefits.
  •  Benefits can be availed only by the customer who has purchased the Scheme.
  •  A Onetime Password (“OTP”) sent to the registered mobile number of the customer would be necessary for every instance of redemption of Benefits. LLPL or its Franchisees will not be responsible for inability to redeem due to non -availability Of OTP or incorrect OTP. Payments for such services which are availed but not successfully redeemed under the Scheme will have to be made in full at the applicable prices and will not be covered under the Scheme.
  • The Benefits of the Scheme cannot be carried forward and should be utilized within the period mentioned in these terms and conditions.
  • The membership of the Scheme is not transferable and does not confer any other rights on the customer than to avail the services at discounted rates as mentioned above as Per These Terms.
  • The Scheme Benefits cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation or gift or other offers.

4. Expiry Of Benefits:

  • The Benefits of the Scheme, i.e. availing services can be redeemed within a limited period of time only.
  • The Slab – mentioned at (A) above is valid for 2 Months from the date of purchase.
  • The Slabs Mentioned At (B), (C) And (D) are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • The Slab Mentioned At (E) Is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Other Terms And Conditions:

  • The services at Lakmē Salons can be availed without the Scheme as well.
  • Only customers who are above 18 years of age are eligible to purchase the scheme.
  • Amounts once paid towards the scheme will not be returned or refunded.
  • Services availed pursuant to redemption of the scheme Benefits are not further eligible for any other discounts or offers.
  • The scheme will be governed by these term and conditions and the provisions of Applicable Law; LLPL reserves the right to cancel the Benefits of Customers who are found to be violating any of the terms and conditions and forfeit their unutilized Benefits.
  • Amounts paid towards the purchase of the Scheme and redemption value Of Benefits are not eligible for loyalty points under runway rewards loyalty program.

  • LLPL Or Its Franchisees will not be responsible in case any of the terms of the Scheme are misunderstood or misconstrued by the customer.
  • None of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between LLPL And Its Franchisees.
  • Notwithstanding Anything To The Contrary Contained In This Terms And Conditions And Any Circumstances Whatsoever, LLPL Shall Not Be Liable For Any Incidental, Ancillary, Direct, Indirect, Special Or Consequential Damages Including But Not Limited To Lost Profits Or Injury Or Death, Whether In Contract Or Based On Any Theory Of Liability.

  • In case of any doubt or dispute or confusion regarding the interpretation or operation of the Scheme the decision taken by LLPL shall be final and binding on the customer.
  • Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian Laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
