Lakme Salon Mobile App booking Offers - Terms and Conditions:

This is Lakme Salon Mobile App “App” launch promo offer. It offers customers  a 10% discount on 1st booking through the App and an additional 100 reward points for all subsequent bookings through the App on following terms and conditions:

• On the 1^st booking done for services at any Lakme Salon through the App, customers shall be entitled to avail a 10% discount on the full bill value at the time of billing.
• The 10% discount can be availed only on the 1^st booking only once per App user.
• In case the customer avails any service in the salon which is not booked via App the 10% discount will not be applicable on that additional service/s.
• Every booking for services made through the App after the 1^st booking shall entitle customers to 100 Runway Reward Bonus Points which can be redeemed at any Lakme Salon as per Runway Reward Programme T&Cs as mentioned on the Lakme Salon website.
• There is no minimum transaction value required to avail both the 10% discount as well as redeem the bonus reward points.
• The 100 Runway Reward Bonus Points should be provided on flat basis without reference to value of services booked.

Other Terms and conditions:

• The 10% discount cannot be clubbed with or exchanged with any past or present promotional offer or voucher run at any Lakmé Salon, Lakmé Absolute salon, Lakmé Fast n fab Salon or Club Salons.
• The customer agrees that by booking an appointment through the Lakme Salon Mobile App, the customer is deemed to have understood and to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions of the App and the App Privacy Notice as binding and non-contestable.
• Lakmé Lever Private Limited reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the said offer, in part or full, without prior notice and will not be held liable for any consequential losses/damages.
• The services at Lakme Salon can be availed without this offer.
• The 10% discount is not available under bridal packages.
• To claim the benefit under the Offer services should have been booked through the App only.
• Any Personal information provided by the customer is with his / her consent and free will.
• General Terms and Conditions for availing services at Lakme Salons apply to the services booked from the App.
• Disputes if any, shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
