Membership Terms & Conditions
The “Scheme” is run by Lakmē Lever Private Limited (“LLPL”) for its company-owned Lakmē Salons and participating franchisee partner Lakmē Salons.
The Scheme enables customers to pay amounts in predefined slabs and redeem the same by purchasing services (subject to exclusions mentioned below) at company-owned and participating Lakmē Salons within a stipulated period.
By purchasing the scheme, the customer is deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Duration
The Scheme is valid until it is withdrawn. LLPL reserves the right to change/modify the Terms and Conditions of this Scheme, in part or full, or withdraw the Scheme entirely or partially at any time without prior notice.
2. Purchase of the Scheme
- The Scheme can be purchased at any participating Lakmē Salon across India, except the one at CCI Club, Mumbai.
- Scheme slabs may be changed by LLPL from time to time.
- The following slabs are available for purchase until the Scheme is withdrawn:
- A. Pay ₹5,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹6,000 (inclusive of taxes)
- B. Pay ₹10,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹12,500 (inclusive of taxes)
- C. Pay ₹15,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹19,500 (inclusive of taxes)
- D. Pay ₹25,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹33,500 (inclusive of taxes)
- E. Pay ₹50,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹70,000 (inclusive of taxes)
- F. Pay ₹1,00,000 (exclusive of taxes) – Avail benefits worth ₹1,50,000 (inclusive of taxes)
- Full payment must be made in a single installment. Part payments and payments through loyalty points, gift cards, or coupons are not accepted.
- Each customer may purchase only one Scheme membership.
- For cash payments above ₹50,000, submission of PAN card and other KYC documents is mandatory.
- LLPL and franchisees reserve the right to reject customers who do not comply with KYC requirements.
3. Redemption of Benefits
- Benefits include availing beauty services at company-owned and participating franchisee Lakmē Salons.
- No GST is charged at the time of Scheme purchase. GST will be applied during redemption.
- A valid invoice is required for redeeming benefits.
- Only the purchasing customer can redeem the benefits.
- Redemption requires an OTP sent to the customer’s registered mobile number.
- Failure to produce OTP will result in full payment for services availed.
- Benefits must be used within the validity period and are non-transferable.
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, or other offers.
4. Expiry of Benefits
- Slabs A and B: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Slabs C, D, E, F: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Other Terms & Conditions
- Services can also be availed without enrolling in the Scheme.
- Only individuals 18 years and older can purchase the Scheme.
- Amounts paid are non-refundable.
- Services availed under the Scheme are not eligible for additional discounts or offers.
- Violating any terms may result in forfeiture of unutilized benefits.
- No loyalty points under Runway Rewards are awarded for amounts paid or benefits redeemed.
- Customers must book an appointment to avail services.

- LLPL/franchisees are not liable for customer misunderstandings of Scheme terms.
- These terms do not constitute a partnership or agency between LLPL and franchisees.
- LLPL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
