Lakmé Salon Referral Program – Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These terms and conditions apply to all the registered members of Lakmé Salon Referral Program ("Program"), of Lakmé Lever Private Limited (also referred to as "LLPL/Lakmé Salon/ Lakmé"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Unilever House, B D Sawant Marg, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400 099. By accepting the membership of this Program, the interested customer/applicant ("Member") agrees to the below mentioned Terms and Conditions.
(Kindly note – The below Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Runway Rewards Terms & Conditions – Lakmé Salon).
1. Program Overview
The Lakmé Salon Referral Program allows eligible Lakmé Salon customers ("Referrer") to invite friends or family members ("Referee") to experience Lakmé Salon services using a unique referral code. Upon successful completion of the referee's first visit, both parties become eligible for rewards, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Referrer must be a registered Lakmé Salon customer with an active account on the Lakmé Salon application. The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously availed services at any Lakmé Salon and should register at Lakme Salon as per standard registration process.
- All the employees of Lakmé Lever Private Limited (including Experts, Salon Managers, front-end and back-end teams) and associated franchise owners may not be eligible to participate in the program, as per company policy.
3. Referral Code

Referral code can be viewed and shared via the Lakmé Salon application – "Refer & Earn" section.
The referral code must be applied when signing up on Lakme Salon Application for the first time or while creating the new guest on Zenoti.
4. Referee Benefit
- The Referee is eligible to receive ₹500 off on their first successful visit to any participating Lakmé Salon. (kindly check the participating Lakmé Salon)
- The discount is applicable only on services (solely decided and can be changed from time to time basis by LLPL) and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. Referrer Rewards
- The referrer will receive rewards only after the referee successfully completes and pays for their first visit.

Rewards are credited as follows:
- Silver, Gold & Platinum Tier Members: 500 Spotlights per successful referral
- Showstopper Tier Members: 1000 Spotlights per successful referral
(Kindly note Spotlights means the points earned by the customers)

Additional milestone rewards:
- 3rd Successful Referral: Rs.500/- Flat Off on all services without minimum bill value.
- 5th Successful Referral: Rs.1000/- Flat Off on all services without minimum bill value.
- 10th Successful Referral: Rs.1500/- Flat Off on all services without minimum bill value.
6. Reward Credit & Notification
- Rewards will reflect in the referral section in the Lakme Salon Application.
- Referrers will receive notification on the Lakme Salon Application once the reward is successfully displayed.
- Rewards may take a reasonable processing time after the referee's completed visit.
7. No-Show & Cancellations

Referrals will not be considered successful if the referee:
- Does not show up for the appointment
- Cancels the visit
- Does not complete the service or payment
- No rewards will be issued in such cases.
8. Referral Limits
- There is no limit to the number of people a referrer can invite.
- Rewards are earned based on the number of successful, invoiced referrals and applicable tier status.
9. Tracking Referrals
- Referrers can track referral activity, reward status, and milestones through the Referral section of the Lakmē Salon application.
10. Non-Transferability
- Referral rewards, Spotlights, and milestone benefits are non-transferable.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
11. Redemption
- Referral rewards are eligible for redemption only after the referee has successfully completed their first paid visit using a valid referral code and the reward will reflect in the referral section in the Lakme Salon Application.
- Rewards under the Referral Program may include Spotlights, complimentary services, or discounted services, as communicated at the time of earning or as decided by Lakme Salon. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Redemption Method: Spotlights and rewards can be redeemed only at participating Lakmé Salons. Redemption must be done by the referrer through their registered Lakmé Salon application. Rewards must be disclosed or selected at the time of billing and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Expiry: Referral reward vouchers shall expire three (3) months from the date of issuance to the referrer. Spotlights credited to the referrer's account shall expire six (6) months from the date of credit. Referral rewards must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of credit. Expired rewards or Spotlights will lapse automatically and will not be reissued or extended.
- Usage Restrictions: Rewards are valid only for services and cannot be redeemed against products unless explicitly stated. Rewards may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly allowed. Only one referral reward or benefit may be redeemed per invoice unless otherwise specified.
- Non-Transferability: All referral rewards are non-transferable, non-shareable, and can be redeemed only by the referrer in whose account the reward is credited.
12. Program Terms
- Participation in the program is subject to the above-mentioned terms and including such other terms that may be stipulated by Lakmé from time to time.
- Any failure to follow applicable terms and conditions, any abuse of the Program, or any misrepresentation of information provided to Lakmé by the Member or anyone acting on Member's behalf, may result in the termination of membership and the cancellation and forfeiture of all accrued Spotlights, benefits, rewards, privileges, etc.
- Any inaccuracies brought to the notice of Lakmé within the prescribed time will be verified and a decision related to the alleged inaccuracies will be taken by Lakmé solely in its discretion based on verifiable information available on record and will be communicated to the Member and such decision of Lakmé shall be final and binding.
- Lakmé may decide to offer additional benefits and rewards to Members which shall vary as per each tier of membership. These benefits shall be decided by Lakmé exclusively from time to time at its sole discretion.
- Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Program membership Spotlights, benefits and rewards is the sole responsibility of the Member. Lakmé will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Program, Spotlights, benefits, rewards, etc. offered in the case of fraud or abuse involving Spotlights credit, redemption, benefits availed, reward use, etc.
- Lakmé has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any benefits, reward and/or termination of the Program and Spotlights, benefits, rewards, etc. earned through the Program may be forfeited.
- Lakmé has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the rules for Program and all questions or disputes regarding these the Program rules will be resolved by Lakmé in its sole discretion.
- Lakmé shall not be responsible for any damages and / or injuries to any persons either directly or indirectly arising out of use of our website and any of its contents.
- LLPL reserves the rights to vary, postpone or re-schedule the terms and conditions.
- Further Lakmé Lever Private Limited (LLPL) or its parent company shall keep the Personal Information/Sensitive personal data or Information provided by the customer confidential and may store the same for future reference and use and for providing Program Benefits and recommending any other products and/or services or marketing purposes. - In case of any dispute, differences and disagreements, decisions taken by Lakmé shall be final and binding without any demur or protest.
- All disputes with respect to this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
All Personal Information or information provided by the customer while booking appointments, consultation procedures or filling consent forms is out of the customer's free consent to enable LLPL or its franchisees to carry out the services.
Further Lakmé Lever Private Limited (LLPL) or its parent company shall keep the Personal Information or information provided by the customer confidential and may store the same for future reference and use and for providing and recommending any other products and / or services or marketing purposes of Unilever brands / products / services.
