Custom Series Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction of Scheme
The Series Scheme is run by Lakmē Lever Private Limited (“LLPL”) for its company-owned Lakmē Salons and participating franchisee partner Lakmē Salons. The Series Scheme enables customers to take a stipulated number of eligible services and avail a certain number of the same service(s) for free at any participating salon within a stipulated period. By purchasing the Series Scheme, the customer agrees to have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. All existing series booked under earlier schemes will continue to be valid as per their original terms.
2. Duration
The Series Scheme is valid until withdrawn. LLPL reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw the scheme in full or in part at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligible Services & Salons
The list of eligible services is available at participating Lakmē Salons. Please check service availability at your local salon, including Lakmē Salons located at CCI Club, as eligible services may vary by location.
4. Free Services
Free services under the Scheme:
- i. With Series of 4 services: Get 1 service free
- ii. With Series of 6 services: Get 2 services free
- iii. With Series of 8 services: Get 4 services free
Free services will be of the same type as the purchased services and must be redeemed at the same salon.
5. Redemption of Series
- Only the purchasing customer can redeem the services.
- Services and free services must be utilized within the scheme validity period.
- Customers should ensure appropriate gaps between sittings, as recommended by the salon.
- The Series is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other offers.
- Redemption requires an OTP sent to the registered mobile number. Failure to produce it may result in full payment being charged.
- A computer-generated invoice is mandatory for every redemption.
6. Validity of the Series & Free Services
All services and free services under the Series must be availed within 1 year from the date of purchase.
7. Other Terms and Conditions
- Services can also be availed without enrolling in the Series Scheme.
- Only individuals aged 18 years and above can purchase the scheme.
- No refunds will be issued once the Series Scheme is purchased.
- Services redeemed under the scheme are not eligible for other discounts or promotions.
- Violation of any terms may result in cancellation and forfeiture of benefits.
- Payments under the scheme are not eligible for loyalty points.
- For cash payments above ₹50,000, PAN card and KYC documents are mandatory.
- Payment must be made in full and in one installment. No part payments, gift card redemptions, or loyalty redemptions allowed.

- LLPL is not responsible for misinterpretation or confusion regarding the scheme.
- This does not establish any partnership or agency between LLPL and franchisees.

- By availing services, the customer consents to the use of their information as per the privacy policy.

- LLPL is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or personal injury.
